물에 불순물이 함유되어 있으면 생산현장에서 불필요한 제조원가 상승의 원인이 되므로 공정수 공급의 실무능력을 향상시키기 위하여 문제 해결 기법을 습득한다. 화학공업제품 생산현장에서 필연적으로 사용하는 공업용수를 공급하기 전 수처리 분야 중에서 원수의 물리적 공정, 화학적 처리공정 등의 원리를 습득한다. 또한 사용된 공업용수는 하수처리장, 산업폐수처리장에서 막분리공정을 비롯한 종합 고도처리를 거쳐 재이용되는 순환과정을 위한 분리공정설계를 습득한다.
교과목해설(영문)
Water use in industrial factory must be sustainable and controlled in high quality control. The basic principles and applications of physical, physicochemical/ electrochemical separation processes to separate valuable substances and to reuse them without waste production will be introduced. Therefore, used water through industrial process and municipal activities must be treated properly before discharge to public water body. System design will be discussed for the advanced treatment technology to solve problematic processes.
